·工作原理及特点 （WORKING PRINCIPLE & DISTINCTIVE FEATURES）
DLB型多级式吹阪两用气泵是一种’新型低压气源发生器、气泵内除轴承外没有机械接触,与活塞泵、刮片泵、水循环泵、罗茨风机、空气压缩机等相比,具有无油无水、用电省、体积小、重量轻、噪音低、结构简单、气压稳定、维修方便等优点。
DLB type multi-stage sucking and scavenging pumpis a new kind of low-pressure air generator. It has no other mechanical contacts besides the bearing. Compared with the piston-type pump, vane pumps, water-circulating pump, the air compressor and so on, this kind of pump has distinctive features such as no oil and water, energy saving, small size, light weight, low noise, simple structure, stable air pressure, easy to maintain, etc
使用和维护（OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE）
1、气泵应放置在较平整的地方,周围环境应清洁、干净、通风,不得随意拆除;咸震器。
2、使用前应检查电机及接线是否可靠,接通电源后,应注意气泵 皮带轮转动方向是否于泵壳箭头所示方向一致。
3、每周加润滑脂一次,长时间连续运转时,适当增加加油次数。润滑油为高速轴承油脂7018。4、经常清洁过滤网,以保证气体畅通。
1、The pump should be placed on solid smooth ground,and the surroundings should be clean, dry and well ventilated and cooling, Dismounting damper or being ineffective for assemble reason strictly prohibited
2、Never forget to checkj the wiring carefully before connect with the mains, ensure the running direction of motor is same as the arrow
3、Oil the bearings once a week reqgularly,oil frequently if it works whole day continuously with grease 7018
4、Clean the filter net regular, to ensure the air ventilative
